During my recent stay at Hotel Florent, nestled in the charming town of Lier, I was pleasantly surprised by the seamless blend of comfort and culinary innovation. The hotel's strategic location, just off the main square, allows for easy exploration on foot, providing a taste of local life. Each morning, breakfast offered a daily selection of fresh options. While I may have missed a good slice of toast—something we Bahamians enjoy—I appreciated the quality of ingredients used in each dish. It set a positive tone for the day ahead of me. The restaurant's ambiance was inviting, reminiscent of the lively eateries I enjoy in my native Bahamas. The friendly staff were attentive as well, ensuring that the dining experience felt personal. I also want to commend the hotel for its attention to security with a secure underground parking facility, which not only guarantees peace of mind but also reflects a commitment to guest safety.
